My photography journey was forged through the fear of being seen. The vulnerability of being witnessed did not always sit easily with me. It was a journey, an ongoing practice of self love, trust, and surrender that led me to picking up my first camera. It was then that I discovered the power of seeing others in their most authentic moments. As my self confidence grew, I began to see the ripple effect that led to my soul work as a photographer. I have worked with many women and men to restore their confidence through the empowering practice of being seen. Photography became so much more than an art form for me; it became a way of honoring the raw beauty in each of us.

Mindfully named, Katarina (Pure) Rose (Love and Beauty) is where we do the deep work of tending to our hearts through the sacred art of being seen, together. My work is rooted in earthy, intimate, and magical storytelling, empowering my clients to shine through both artistically created and documentary style photography.
